There is no 0% financing and they didn’t even give me the guaranteed 5% off of all purchased. . I would steer clear of this franchise until the be one more female contractor friendly.

- NKNick KahnMar 11, 20261.0Super fun morning. Your delivery driver, who was delivering to my neighbor (NOT EVEN MY DELIVERY) decided to park in the middle of my driveway to unload his flatbed. He used his forklift to destroy my trees while he was backing up into my wood line. When my pregnant wife asked him to move his vehicle so she could take our 7 year old to school, he began yelling "can you not drive?" and then started cussing her out. His "trucking company" is based out of FL and the number does not exist - I'd assume neither does his VDOT number as he had Indiana plates that clearly weren't for a CDL truck. When my wife was unable to move for around 20 minutes, I finally showed up and informed him he was on private property and the sheriff was on his way, and he took off. BEWARE - This Lowes (and I would assume others) are sending unvetted drivers to your house. Lastly, when I called to report him to Lowes customer service, the guy literally laughed and said "ok, I will put this in my notes. Have a nice day." and hung up. Neither one of them are from this country. This is what we get to deal with in America now. The last Lowes truck left a pallet full of nails in the middle of my driveway too. These guys are rock stars. I have pictures of the damages and if he comes back I'll be pressing charges.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
