- SOS ODec 22, 20251.0Lowes is like a ghost town, where is everybody? It’s 3 days before Christmas and someone thought it was a good idea to completely block off the entrance from Short Lane which is the ingress for most people. The only other entrance requires a u-turn on Hwy 17 which can be sketchy at best and very inconvenient. Probably too much of a hassle if you ask me, however there are die hards like my husband that will go anyway. The annoyance is finally getting there and they don’t have what you need! Is Lowes still a home improvement store?
