- MMMeghanngang2Sep 11, 20252.0Only 2 stars for aarons in Gloucester Because I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years be in this last year. Things have been sour !! I was renting a living room set still owned over 1000 dollars on it the bottom of the sofa feel out I called. Multiple times never received a call back about it. Eventually the manger made a plan with me but I still had make 2 payments on after that. They never came look at it or nothing. So a few months went by I was still upset. But I gave them another chance and got a washer. They brought it out. Hook it up and it didn't work. 2 team member apologized few times while they were loading back on the truck. I was on the phone with the manger. He talked to me like a was child and told me I was wrong that it worked this morning before leaving the store so there so nothing wrong it. I then showed team members wat I new about washers and the filter in it were clogged with all kinds of stuff this place has really went to hell in a hand basket very disappointing ill be sure let everyone i sent there or anyone ask how I was treated and send them to rent a center from this point forward

And my agreement in the beginning was the washer and dryer and a mattress. Now its just the washer and dryer for four payments then I can get the mattress. Not i can't wait that long rent a center here i come.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
