Props to an employee for coming out to apologize for the wait and said someone was working on it. The woman who came out to my car with my order about 5 min later asked for my drivers license, which I accidentally left at work as I work 2 min away. When I apologized for not having it, she SCOLDED me, “why are you driving without your license?’ Super unprofessional. The email confirmation sufficed. Now I’m annoyed that it took 20 minutes to get my order but it’s mostly because I also was scolded by an employee for something irrelevant to her.
