I went in to exchange or get store credit for an items that was the wrong size. I specifically asked for store credit so I could repurchase the correct item at the same time. They just refunded it to a card that I do not have and do not care and just shrug. They say there's no option for store credit at all and I never had that option nothing they can do. Yes, I had the original receipt. Don't shop at Lowe's.
