Go to Ace, go to Pleasants. When a company gets this big, someone gets shot parked in a parking lot in Oregon. Judging by the comments, their security training is generally the same, mistrustful. So do not trust them either.

Horrible customer service, what should have been a 15 minute transaction tops turned into an hour. Lots of me running around the store having aisles pointed at, rather than being led by employees and given the help I needed. I was tempted to leave to go elsewhere but had already invested too much time.

Imagine making a $700 transaction and the mask lady asks if you paid for your energy drink lol. I don't have time to write a novel, but maybe you guys can put your loitering employees to work at the registers so they don't have to insult my intelligence at the self checkout.

I was coming in to grab these four crates and I ran into Vince on my way cause he could see that I was really lost in the store. He showed me where the aisle was and showed me where to get the item that I needed. He was so nice Amazing customer service and then he knew that it was a lot more that I could carry and he walked me to my car and helped me. He is so kind and nice and I really enjoyed my experience.

I recently purchased an exterior door from this store. I used a gift card to purchase the door in store which could be used for in store and online purchases. I had to end up returning the door because it was the wrong door and I had to order a custom door from Lowes with installation. When I returned the door they gave me an in-store card and not a gift card. When I went to pay for my custom door online I was informed by the millwork associate that I couldn't use the in-store credit online and it had to be used in the store. I used 2 other giftcards which were the same as the giftcard I used to purchase the original door in August and I had to put the rest on my Lowes credit card. I am currently out of $475.09 which is the total of my instore credit when I still purchased from Lowe's. I should have all the ways available to me to purchase from Lowe's as that original gift card gave me and not have to only be pigeon holed into only purchase from the store. I called customer service on 10/1/2025 and they said that I would need to visit the store which I also did on 10-1/2025 and the lady at the returns desk informed me that it was nothing they can do and they do not refund on giftcards because they don't have any. I still have the original giftcard thatI used to make the purchase. I am going to head back up there and see if I can speak with a manager because I don't understand why this in-store credit can't at least be put towards my Lowe's credit card.
