- SBStephen BarresiSep 4, 20251.0Worst $15,000 I ever spent! I was extremely disappointed in the quality and look of the curtains and shades we purchased. They were wrinkled and of poor quality. I was especially disappointed by the lack of customer support we received trying to get the items corrected. Once the manager received the payment and paperwork signed there was no concern about our satisfaction. We got what Calico wanted to give us not what we asked for. Extremely disappointing.
- SSstephanie sulmerJul 25, 20251.0Stay away from this place! They misrepresent, give poor adviice, make poor quality window treatments, and refuse to correct their mistakes. When our expensive drapes arrived, they were very wrinkled and looked terrible (and they left us the mess from the installation for us to clean up). They looked nothing like it did in the store and completely ruined the look of our formal rooms. The store manager claimed that they could not press them because of the type of fabric that was used. We picked from the fabric from swatches that were provided to us by them. The only thing they offered was for us to buy new curtains made from a different fabric and pay for them! So, the solution for their mistake was for us to purchase six new lined drapery panels at our expense (would cost thousands of dollars). they refused to fix the issue or replace the window treatments. Worst customer experience we’ve ever had!
