Not impressed. I called to get information about an appliance. An AI answered the phone. It took forever to ask for customer service. I finally spoke to customer service and asked for a manager. She started to say different names and again I said A manager. They put me on hold for to long and hung up. I did talk to someone in appliance and they transfered me and no one answered. Horrible customer service for a million dollar company.

Let alone we have to do our own checkouts. Then had a person that is supposed to be watching the registers get upset with me because I did not know how to input some bolts. She was too busy talking to another employee. Sarcastically said im not putting the numbers in correctly, I said im not trained on how to be a cashier in lowes!! No clear directions and totally not my job!!
Seriously WHY do they not have a single cashier in this store up front. This is total bs we have to check ourselves out and its like pulling teeth to actually get HELP!
