I placed my order 4/22 online and scheduled delivery for 4/30. Ordering 25 bags of mulch and that would give us time to get the area ready for it. I knew rain is forecasted and wanted to make sure delivery would be after any rain. Someone showed up the next day 4/23 and just left the bags stacked in the front yard. They didn't even knock on our door to let us know they were here. This is extremely inconvenient. When I called customer service the lady I spoke with stated "you are complaining that your order was delivered early" She said she would notate the account, whatever that means. Truly an horrible experience.

Update on Claim below:
Still no joy. App. 8 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Gave a low ball offer with a non disclosure out of a John Grisham Novel.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

I would like to shout out, Alana! She met me and others at the front with a friendly smile and sincere positive attitude towards wanting to help me and the other customers. While she was Directing me to the area that I was looking for she kindly took a moment to ask if she could assist other customers, and if she couldn’t help them, she directed them to the department who could. I purchased a GE Profile front loader washer and dryer from this store. Set up delivery for a Thursday. Delivery company provided a window of 12pm to 4 pm. Driver arrived at 3:52 — within the window. However, they proceeded to off load a washer that had a severely damaged and open box. When asked why the box was open the lying began. First statement was the box wasn’t open and it was ok. Next statement that they opened it on the truck. Finally after calling delivery dispatcher, learned that Lowe’s warehouse KNOWINGLY loaded an open box with a damaged washer. Was offered $80 off for an open box damaged $1,000 appliance. When I requested a new machine in an unopened box I was told that it was now after 4:00pm so delivery would have to wait until Saturday. Appears as though the delivery company works for Lowe’s. This company has done NOTHING to assure me that this is not a standard practice to knowingly deliver damaged products. BEWARE. I will never purchase anything from this crooked store.
It is unfortunate that Lowe’s Customer Service believes it is the customers job to call them repeatedly trying to get a resolution. They have your contact information. They know you are not satisfied. They should be check texting you to make it right NOT the other way around. THEY DO NOT CARE that their practices are illegal. BEWARE!!!!!
It is unfortunate that Lowe’s doesn’t provide any customer service! Why is it the customers responsibility to continually call their customer service trying to resolve the issue. IF they cares, they would call the customer. Clearly, they don’t or they would contact me to resolve the issue … they have NEVER callled. They don’t care. BEWARE!!! This is a horrible company to do business with!!

Probably the single worst experience I have ever had with a business and their employees. Ordered a large amount of items for delivery that were not originally delivered on time with no initial communication or attempt to reschedule. It took several hours on the phone the following day for anyone to reschedule the delivery (most everyone I talked to told me they’d get around to it). Delivery finally happened and items were missing. Called again the delivery center was “too busy” to help and a promise to be called back within 10 minutes turned into a 4 hour wait. On hold for an hour on the phone without anyone picking up. Finally got ahold of a manager to process the refund for the items. Between a missed delivery, no communication, several hang ups from employees, and hours spent on the phone I do not plan on ever shopping at this particular store again, perhaps Lowe’s entirely.
