What an unprofessional behaviour from a girl named lena she was shouting looser to people while we were driving in the lowes parking lot out of nowhere. We were just driving and it was honestly so pathetic to do that to people around 6pm 4/9 .This shouldnt happen to anyone.

My parents and myself usually go to this location and receive decent help. I went yesterday with my kids, I had the item # from Lowes website for most items. I asked this guy (long hair and beard, believe his name was Steven?) for help about some carpet trim... he gave me two different aisles and said might be there. Really helpful... I had already been down there, but I went ahead and looked for my other items.
I get to check out and one item didn't have a barcode so I asked for help, I've got a boot on my foot and the wonderful person at the self checkouts called for help. I get the same guy... he says something then goes and comes back several mins later and it looks totally different, goes this will work and the other employee and I look at it and the guy takes off. I show her the item # and she confirms its correct and from Lowes, I ask her if its okay to leave my cart and go find it, she said yes and apologizes. We go, I see Steven, I say hey btw you were wrong its not the same... I carry on find it and I can overhear him loudly talking about "oh watch she wont find it haha, like she knows what shes even talking about.." and more. I find it, I bring him the incorrect one and said here this isn't the same thing, and idk where that one goes and he stumbles on his words then says "OH thats what you wanted" and rambled about the one in his hand... I realized he was complaining & mocking me to other customers. That isn't customer service and not doing your job, if he wants to gossip he can do that on his own time.
I just find it ridiculous that he didn't help either time, then had the audacity to mock me just to be wrong himself (again). Personally I don't want to return to this location if thats who works there.
On the opposite side, the woman at the check out (didn't get her name) was very helpful, did her job helping us and other customers all at once.

How is it possible for a store this size to not have 1 1/2" P-trap with a nut. This is a regular everyday item. I have wasted my time and money coming to this location. Save yourself the trouble and go to home depo.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
