Trying to get flooring from these people is a great way to waste your time. After waiting 30 minutes for a manager to try and find the flooring that allegedly was in stock, this is after the associate tried giving me the wrong flooring, the associate (whose Department it was) finally showed up, still no manager. No answers. I was given an invoice to take to the cashiers up front. After some time eventually someone was found who could ring that up. 40 mins later I leave with the hope that I will eventually get the flooring...they said today but I doubt it. I live in the next county over as well.
