Absolutely horrible experience with this Lowe's. First they mess up a delivery, and when I reached out for confirmation I was told someone would reach out in 24 hours 72 hours ago. When I reach out personally I'm told the items are cancelled then they're being shipped. I don't know what is going on but I know I'm still out my money with no resolution on sight. Thank goodness I used a credit card and in the process of a charge back. Whoever the manager Durant is should be ashamed to employee for the way they run this business. Terrible business practice

I stopped by Lowe’s today to pick up a new grill so I could start making some of my famous salted pepper chicken wings, a recipe I learned while I was in the service. The grill itself was great, but once I bought it, I realized it was not going to fit in my car.
The woman helping me, and I wish I remembered her name, was awesome from the start. She was already looking for ways to help me save money, which I really appreciated. When it came time to load the grill, she stuck with it and helped me try multiple angles to see if we could make it fit. A few other guys jumped in too, and they were just as helpful. They were even willing to unscrew parts of the grill to try to make it work.
In the end, we decided the best option was for me to rent a truck ($20), and they helped me load it up so I could get it home. The whole team was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond.
I just want to say thank you. Customer service workers deal with all kinds of people every day, including folks who are rude, impatient, or ungrateful, and they still keep showing up and getting the job done. I really appreciated the kindness and effort from everyone who helped me today.

EDIT: The "helpful" suggestion to call the number below sends you to an AI line that just wastes your time. Do NOT use them for kitchen remodel. We thought we were getting helpful design advice but just ended up being upsold cabinets in a completely unusable layout that don't even open and close properly. After you pay forget getting a response for issues. Months after the project began we still have exposed electrical wiring and unusable cabinets.
