He helped me with my issue and agreed that the response from the associate was not appropriate. The product I was sold was a lemon and the manager helped me deal with the company.

Despite 4 promises of the last 6 calls escalating the issue, no manager has ever called me back. This appears to be a legitimate defect, and LG has offered no resolution.
