I’m giving 5 stars to Christina! Customer service. We needed a water heater and called early am to see if they could drop off one same day and remove our old. They quoted us originally 2k just to install a water heater! - so we figured it out ourselves needless to say to not pay that because lol? Way too much. Anywho the guy we spoke to who directs the maintenance team I assume? Promised us a delivery same day and a pickup. Needless to say we noticed 1, that we never got a confirmation email even tho the guy claimed he sent one on the phone, and when we called again to check the status no one could find out order because it was scheduled to come the next day instead of what was promised. We were without water!! - so we ended up coordinating and speaking with Christina who not only resolved our issue by having us pickup instead, but also scheduled a day for maintenance to pick up our heater since we had originally been promised that. She was so kind on the phone, resolved all our issues with ease, and I wish there was more Christina’s in this world because she made our day. ♥️

I have purchased a wash machine which was supposed to be delivered at a specific date. Do through the machine being damaged they had to come back out the next day for a redelivery off a new machine. I have lost a second day of work and they offered me a compensation off only fifty dollars. I would think if you lose a day's full of work they would at least accommodate with a little more at least something that I can work with. They not even meeting you halfway.In addition, they only give you a lowe's gift card. I have purchased many appliances over the years from Lowe's in the past. But this will from now on, no longer be the case.I will purchase my appliances from somewhere else. It's not only about the money.It is also about owning up to their mistakes and respect to the customer. I am very disappointed and they have lost a good customer. In addition to this, it is extremely difficult to communicate with the delivery personnel if they do not speak fluent english. The first day, I had two people attempting to deliver with limited english and the second day another two with the same issue being forced to use google translate. This is unacceptable.

Vicky Vardon is the store manager, and the promotional price for item dcf870b is $99, but she refused to sell it at that price. The store's regular price is $99, and they have 3 available. I had a very bad experience with this manager; she wanted me to pay $219 for each drill. You can see the promotion, and it ends today, January 24
