They didn't plug in my new refrigerator, install the filters or even take any of the plastic off, then they left and claimed "they didn't see the refrigerator in my garage to take away". Even though we called immediately upon realizing they didn't take our old refrigerator (5 min tops) they assured us they absolutely could not turn around and we would have to wait 9 days before they could return. Huge waste of my time and money. Should of went with Home Depot
