Weekends are slammed, so be prepared to wait in a long line with only two check-out lanes open. They have a small selection of fabrics, but they go above and beyond with the seasonal stuff. Everything is overpriced and “sale” prices are still high. Ever since they closed JoAnnes, this is the only craft store around and it’s very unfortunate.

- AAAndrewsOct 25, 20251.0Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Went in today to grab a Christmas tree since they were having a sale. After the cashier confirmed the tree was in stock we proceeded with the payment (over $400). We were told someone in the back would bring the tree out. I decided to go sit in the car (was walking around with a boot due to a fractured foot) while husband waited. After 10 mins in he then questioned the cashier who on the status. She told him that the employees in the back were going thru the pallets and should have the tree up shortly. 10 mins later (after asking for an update) she then calls for a manager. Who comes up real nonchalant and told us they didn’t have any at the store and because he was the only manager on-site he could not grab the key to the Penske truck to go to their storage unit to grab one. We would now have to come back to the store Monday to pick up. The issue I’m having is the lack of customer service, the disappointment in stock, and the inexperienced employees. Get it together HOBBY LOBBY !!!
