  The property is well kept, the area feels safe and secure. I had zero issues during my time renting a unit. Management is very professional. I highly recommend Falmouth Self Storage!

  First time renter at this location. I was first drawn in by the great reviews and made the decision to do business here based on the staff. Porsha was sooo pleasant and helpful on the phone when I inquired about RV parking availability. Ultimately, I had to call back to speak with the manager, which was no problem at all. If I could not secure a space, I would have been so disappointed since I had a great experience just on the phone alone. When I visited the location, I found the premises and office space to very clean and well taken care of. The location is right off of 95 and close to the local camp grounds, which is perfect for me. Susan made the process so painless from touring the grounds to filling out the paperwork. I was also impressed by her Certified Self Storage Manager credentials and the security measures she has in place. I had a sense that she really enjoys what she does and that she cares about the facility. The fact that her husband is a Marine and I’m a Marine was icing on the cake. :-) ***Update*** Jul 2023: I'm relocating and will no longer need the lot. No issues at all during the last four years. I would highly recommend this facility.
