They dont see the rent changing once you’re in. November will be the 4th month and the rent just went up $157+ per month on two units. No notice, it just changed on autopay and I happened to see it when updating information. I never write reviews, but had to.

He met me at the storage unit b/c it was my 1st time using bluetooth and I was a bit frantic & was confused on how to unlock it from the app. He was showing me how to do it over the phone & then came over to me when I still couldn’t figure it out. Eventually we got it to load on the app, the new unit. Overall 10/10 so far. Chris seems very patient & a really nice person. I was in the middle of moving & was on a time crunch. He is the manager here at the Patriot Hwy site. Come here to rent if you need a storage, he will take care of you!
