- LMLaura MitchellFeb 5, 20221.0The manager have the worst customer service I ever dealt with&he racist profile against me&lied about not having other use washer&dryer- I even wanted to buy new appliances and he wouldn't try&sell me anything-He is horrible&I call the corporate office&file an complaint about him-I will never ever refer no one to they Fredericksburg store-And they sold me a broke machine&the manager Joe though everything I ask him was a joke -I ask him do the lights on here suppose to be breaking up-he laugh-I ask him do the machine suppose to shake like this,he laugh&said yes-I can't believe this guy-When I first ask for my money back-he going to say oh I call you when I get it-I had to tell him-you giving me my money today-He did that also Sunday too me-I'm so upset đĄ with these people's
- SNSheila NaveNov 8, 20171.0My 70 year old Mom rented a mower from this place, guy name Randy.. she paid the payments . And we called an talk to Randy back in may.2017 of this year. Explaining the reason my mom did not have the mower any longer. AND ask them to stop taking the payments out of my mom's SSI checks each month. My Dad past away March 1 2017. My mom used Arrons rental to have a mower to mow her grass. As of may she lost her home . Due fact her checks was not enough cover rent. An mower was taking also, But they continued to keep taking payments an still are taking payments out of her SSI check. Last payment taking was Nov 2 .. I have called an ask them again please leave her checks alone. Called the corporate office 3 days in a row . With still no phone calls back. I want Arrons rental. You pay my mother the money they owe her back on her card. Randy. Did call back . Saying they stopped the payments. Of course after yet another payment taking out again . How does a company do this to a 70 yrs old woman who has lost so much.. yes she rented the mower. But was not her fault the mower was stolen. An on which I'm sure Arrons rental has some type of coverage for . I won't rest until she gets a refund from Nov 2 to may 2017 ..

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
