  I like to give credit when credit is due. I left to go on vacation and when I came back 10 days later my pool was green. My husband tried to maintain and keep up with it while I was gone but unfortunately, the other pool company that we were going to in Fredericksburg was misinforming him of the chemicals and amounts to add. I went to AAA pool on a Monday morning and spoke with Ian on our situation and we worked on a game plan for clearing the pool up by that Saturday for a pool party we were hosting. With a bunch of scrubbing, backwashing, and rebalancing the chemicals levels, we were able to achieve our goal! It took time and patience and wasn’t something that was going to just happen over night. I am thankful for the professional guidance I got from Ian, and AAA has become our #1 pool company to go to for all our help! They really know what they are doing and talking about when it comes to pool care.

  After speaking with multiple neighbors who used AAA for their pool installation, we decided to do the same. The crew was always super friendly and professional. We had a few set backs due to weather, however, after the pool was done we were super happy. There were a few minor tweaks that had to be done after, however, I worked with Ian who works in the office and is awesome. He made sure everything was taken care of and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy (like taking my call while he was on vacation). As a new pool owner, I had no idea what I was doing and was worrying about every little thing, however, Ian was always patient and made sure I had answers to my questions. My family has really enjoyed our pool this year and happy we went with AAA.

  Please please please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCHEMING COMPANY! We had them install our pool and the owner quoted me SO MANY warranties that ABSOLUTELY WERE NOT TRUE! They left it unfinished and electric work still needed we had to scramble to get everything finished when he didn't show up and didn't return phone calls. Had a bad storm and water got under the steps and under the liner which blew a huge bubble up, I called them and they never sent anyone out. I had to hire another person to fix it after a month of trying to get them back over here. I was PROMISED by the owner that the liner had a 20 year warranty "IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG IT'S COVERED" DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IF HE TELLS YOU THIS! In real person land it is only a 10 year warranty that is prorated. My liner failed in 5 years ripped across the pool on the seam and they sent a teenager over here who proceeded to empty his gatorade bottle out and took a water sample with that same bottle claiming the chemicals weren't at the proper level and that was why the liner failed. I had told him I hadnt treated the pool water as I was loosing water we weren't able to use it and REALLY! IT TOOK US SEVERAL YEARS TO SAVE UP ENOUGH TO FIX THE BOTTOM THEY NEVER FINISHED AND AFFORD A NEW LINER. SO MORAL TO THIS STORY RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

  absolute nightmare....everyone in this company lies and is unethical. It starts from the owner all the way down to the those answering the phones (when they want to answer the phones)...if I told the entire story I would be here all day. In summary, I'm having to sue them. Started dealing with them in Feb. 2015 for a pool liner. Was told it would be put in in March...it was put installed in mid June. it has leaked ever since...today is sept 8 2015 and it is still leaking. I lost the entire pool season... stay away from these people...if I could give a negative star, I would...
