  I brought a sample of water into the store to be tested just last week and was told that I needed 7 bags of salt and 3 bags of shock. I was also sold test strips. I even said that I thought that that seemed like an awful lot of salt given that I have a salt system that generates salt. As it turned out, I didn't need 7 bags of salt, only 5 and they refused to take back the remaining 2 bags, which were not opened. I did not need the test strips and this, they credited back to my card. I can't recommend this business as the policy of not taking a return of unopened merchandise that had just recently been purchased is a significant lack of customer service. I was told that I should have read the sign that they don't take back chemicals. Your response is why your reviews read as they do!

  New pool owner here! Not a new pool but a new to me, very large in ground pool that has not had any sort of regular maintenance in what would appear to be SEVERAL years. AAA pools has help me navigate this "work in progress pool" and even get some good weeks of swim now at the end of summer. ( We didn't move in until the end of July". While the amount of patchwork done on the filtration system has been discouraging, AAA has helped me to not just throw in the towel for the summer. They also have my family looking forward to next spring and them fixing the pump, filtration and plumbing systems so that we do not have a repeat of the end of this summer! The office staff has been very helpful and patient (thanks Michelle, Travis, Ian and Marc) with my questions and somewhat daily visits. Every technician that has come out to the house has also done above and beyond for us and our pool. Today is sadly the day I am going to make a decision on a closing date for the season but I know AAA will help through this process. They will also likely enjoy a break from me for the winter, but I am sure I can find a reason to come chat! Thank you AAA.

  If you're in the market for a swimming pool, I would strongly recommend AAA Pools. There are many options available to fit any budget. Very professional, helpful, and informative at all levels of the organization. From the initial appointment to completion, it took less than a year. Beginning of construction began in October and we were completed shortly after the new year. Happy family here! Thank you.

  From the initial consultation to the final pool inspection I was extremely please at the work from AAA Pools. Richard and team were very professional and completely transformed my backyard. The concrete looks amazing the retaining wall outstanding, and the pool is simply beautiful. The install team kept me informed through the process and I was able to ask questions however more importantly get answers. I highly recommend AAA pools!

  Look no further, I've had my pool for over a decade and am still in love with my backyard!!! Concrete is thick and beautiful while my pool is still in perfect shape! The store allows me to get my water tested and keep me up to date on maintenance! This is the one stop shop and I'm excited for this upcoming pool season!!!! See you all soon!
