The facility seems to be pretty new with all of the buildings in really good condition, and the property is well maintained. The rental process was quick and easy, and any questions I have are answered in short order. The real bonus is that the space is 1/3 less expensive than my last storage despite this unit being climate controlled while my last on was not.
