Today I went in for paint was first in line and walked down the aisle to make sure they had it and return to find 2 now in line. No thanks. Nobody has time for that. I’ve been to other big boxes. Most notably Home Depot and you immediately get help. Sherwin Williams? Instant help. Ace in Keysville? Instant help. Lowe’s you have to wait. For EVERYTHING. Worse if you do find someone to help you they just pull out their phone. Well I can do that! Each morning employees should be quizzed on where products are in their departments. Don’t pass you don’t work that day. LEARN your store. Ok rant over. It’s like talking to a wall anyway.
