- SMSheila MenzDec 26, 20251.0Warning: do not leave your belongings here if you don’t want them to be soiled or contaminated. I would give negative stars if I could. The building is infested with rodents. I had a unit on the second floor. After leaving my belongings for the summer, we came back to find that everything was covered in rodent feces. I even had a piano that I was storing and the feces were in between the keys. When I called to complain, ExtraSpace said that they would not do anything to clean it and that I needed an insurance policy with them in order for them to take any action. In short, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.
