  We used All American Pest Control to assist with a problem we were having in our basement with "Sprickets' last Fall. All American was extremely responsive to our concerns, answered all of our questions and our rep, Jason helped to educate us on prevention measures in the future. He also provided us insight on the products they use and walked us around the house throughout the entire procedure to let us know what he was doing. Thank you so much All American! Our pests have not returned since your application. Your service and team truly listen to their customers needs and make sure everything is done to their satisfaction.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is no guarantee in their works, the owner just wants to keep charging you. The infestation came back just a little over 30 days, the owner wanted to charge me to come back even though I signed up for their quarterly extermination services. I would expect there will be some guarantee in between services. I understand if it's just one time service and they want to be compensated to come back....anyway I would stay away from this company!! For anyone who is reading this, I normally do not leave negative reviews unless I'm very dissatisfied with the services. You probably know there is a reason why people leave bad reviews. In my perspective, the owner didn't complete his initial job. As you can see below, the owner is not willing to work with you to make it right when the customer is not satisfied with his service. I would say this is bad customer service!! Also to give you more context, the owner didn't do a good job inspecting the house initially. There was an area that he missed and didn't treat, later we found out this was the area the ants were coming from. When we called him, I was not asking for a retreatment, we were only asking him to come back to spot treat the area he missed initially. Which he told us he wouldn't come out if we don't pay him $65. Do you think it is fair to ask for more compensation to complete the initial job? When I already paid a high upfront cost $175 for the initial treatment. Be aware, do your research and think twice before you hire cheap and low quality exterminator. TOTALLY WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

  We’ve been using All American for a year now and they’ve been amazing! We had an awful ant infestation in our kitchen and bathroom last winter. I was skeptical because our house is old and not well sealed. Anyways, after speaking with the owner, Jason (he assessed our situation and explained everything), one of their technicians, Nathaniel (the sweetest & most polite gentleman), came out and sprayed our house and we’ve been ant free ever since. Love the optional quarterly sprayings, which are completely worth it. Also love supporting a small, local business. They’re a really wonderful and honest company!
