  I had a great experience with Blinds To Go! The quality of the blinds is excellent, and they look beautiful in my home. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me choose the perfect blinds for my space. A special thank you to the store manager, Jad, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the installation was quick and professional. I highly recommend Blinds To Go for anyone looking for high-quality blinds and great customer service!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this store really deserves one. I had a pretty large order and got quotes from several different competitors, and the process quickly became stressful and overwhelming. The other places just didn’t offer the level of customer service or clarity I was looking for and honestly the whole process was overwhelming. I walked into Blinds to Go, and my experience was completely different. The experience was like night and day. The store manager and team were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through every option without any pressure. They made sure I understood everything and felt confident in my decisions. Ultimately, I will be choosing Blinds To Go because of their high level of customer service and expertise. They turned what was a stressful process into a smooth and reassuring experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, especially for larger projects where guidance really matters.

  I had an excellent experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. What really stood out was the store manager, Amjad. He is incredibly professional and clearly committed to both his team and customers. It's rare to see this level of leadership on the floor, making sure everything runs smoothly while also taking the time to personally assist the customers. I will be coming back here for sure.

  My husband and I appreciated the assistance we received, first, from Design Consultant Hector Xon, and then from Sales Manager Jad Farachi, in figuring out the best combination of drapes and rods for our living room. Both were polite, respectful gentlemen, who listened to us attentively as we explained our requirements and preferences. Jad was especially patient as my husband and I discussed our impressions of, and ultimately made decisions upon, the various textiles, textures, and colors, not to mention rods, that were available and in our general price range. Jad answered all our questions thoroughly. Hector answered most of our questions, even though we understood he was relatively new to the company.

  I had an amazing experience at this store! The customer service was truly outstanding. A special thank you to the store manager, Amjad, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find this level of care and attention to customers.
