  Working with Ayoub for new WOOL carpet installation has been fantastic. Wool installation is a bit trickier and takes expertiste and the crew of Omar & Sergio was incredible & experts--they were meticulous w/ the install taking great care in moving our furiture and protecting our existing wood floors outside of their work area. The result was beyond our expectations. In fact, from the get-go, my consultation with manager Fred regarding our needs was very positive--he listened, had great insights and follow up exactly as promised--this is not what I found with another group I consulted and having the confidence that I was being heard & that the team would meet the agreed upon plan was vital to me. I am so glad to have found this group and their willingness to come to MoCo even though they are based in NOVA--I will now use them for my future carpet cleaning needs. as well. Their prices were very reasonable and their work ethic and customer service is what I value in a service company.

  I was thrilled with the service I received from Ayoub Carpet Service. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!! From my original contact over the phone through pick up and delivery, I couldn't have been more satisfied. They kept me informed and provided picture of before, during and after the cleaning and repair process. Jamie and Mercedes carefully picked up and delivered 9 rugs for me. I even had Jamie take 3 more to be cleaned upon deliver of the original 9. Jamie and Mercedes were so careful in moving my furniture on both trips to my house and my Dad's. I was able to purchase new pads for my rugs and was stunned at how different it felt walking across them. They wrapped 3 of my rugs so that those rugs would be protected in the moving truck and in storage. If you need cleaning or repair, I wouldn't hesitate in selecting Ayoub Carpet Service. You won't regret that decision!

  Found Ayoub Carpet Service through their stellar Google reviews, and they lived up to the hype! From the start, phone support was friendly, transparent with pricing, and quick to schedule my pickup. The cleaning took about two weeks, and I was kept in the loop with email updates throughout. They even accommodated a request for special storage wrapping since we're moving the rug to the attic. Huge thanks to Mercedes and Jamie, who were incredibly kind and did the heavy lifting of carrying it up to the attic for us. Excellent, professional service from start to finish!

  Liam was our initial phone contact and was very thorough in explaining the whole process. Jamie and Henry were our onsite service reps and they were both helpful. Jamie was extremely attentive to our questions and provided his expert insights on our four different oriental rugs that we had cleaned. Both were very professional and even wore shoe protection inside our “no outside shoes” house. Nicolette helped and guided us on repairs particularly on one rug that holds tremendous sentimental value. She was very thoughtful and professional in dealing with our concerns on the repair. We would highly recommend Ayoub Carpet Service. 👍

  I am so happy I chose Ayoub Carpet Service to clean my 7’ round hand-knotted Persian rug. The cream colored border and all the fringe had become grey and dirty I had it cleaned once before with little change. Ayoub picked up my rug and returned it as promised looking like NEW! Their customer service is outstanding. They communicate during the process and work with you to find a time frame for pick up and delivery that fits your schedule. Jamie and Henry were friendly and professional when delivering my rug, plus they carried it up three flights of stairs and moved a desk to place it properly. I feel like I hit the jackpot! I will use Ayoub for all of my carpet cleaning needs as well as any other services they offer that I may need. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
