This place has the worst customer service ever!!! We went there to buy a sliding door and the man that we talked to said that we have to schedule an appointment for someone to measure our door and so we did. He said that we should be hearing from someone by Monday, we were there Sunday. Monday came no calls, I called them Tuesday and spoke to someone and took my information again because our information is not on their system! So he said we should be hearing from somebody shortly! Shockingly someone called and said that he was the one that we spoke to on Sunday and said again that somebody will call us again!!! No calls again today Wednesday so I called them again and was on hold for 30 minutes and got hung up on!!!! I guess they don’t want any business!!!

As a service member I came in not expecting much really just get what I need and leave I ask about the military discount. Some young lady with a head wrap on (middle eastern ) said they don't do that there. So vets don't go here apparently they don't support troops at this location.

Don’t go to Lowes. Save time and money and go to Home Depot instead. There was a price mismatch from a shelf item (happens all the time). However it took 4 different associates trying to validate the price and calling different store managers for a $20 difference of something that was clearly marked wrong. Price at register was $57. After 10 minutes of waiting and trying to prove the error to 4 different associates i decided it was easier to leave and purchase this at Home depot which btw had has the same item at $33. Wont be shopping at Lowes anytime soon…..

Good luck getting support or a call from Lowe’s customer service or a store manager ( if you can get to one- you have to spend one hour to go to a local store they will not talk to you on the phone and you can not get through their phones ) when your order gets delayed and delayed for weeks. Know that your options are cancel your order or too bad and wait and we will get to you whenever we get to you. Of course after spending 45 minutes on a calls to customer service. This is their process and how they train their upper management to hide from clients when there is error or messed up delivery from their side and they continue to give you fake promises and stories from a call center. You will not have any other option other than being sorry you did business with them and blame yourself.

I am writing to report a very concerning delivery experience related to my recent Lowe’s order.
According to my order confirmation,
During this process, the driver also dumped the items across the driveway in a disorganized manner rather than placing them properly. While the helper was attempting to organize the items, the driver began repeatedly honking the truck horn and yelling at the helper to return to the truck.
After the helper returned, the driver began shouting aggressively and physically struck the helper inside the truck. The truck then stopped in the middle of the road while the driver continued yelling and arguing loudly for approximately 20 minutes. The situation was extremely uncomfortable and concerning, and I felt unsafe enough that I had to go inside my home.
This delivery experience raises several serious concerns:
Poor delivery handling – items were dumped across the driveway rather than placed properly.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
