The staff and management turned a 1star delivery experience in to a 5star customer care journey, and kept me as a loyal Lowes customer. Bottom line, had a very frustrating shower door deliver experience that required multiple trips back to fairfax Lowe's to grab missing boxes that were not delivered.
At the end of the day, these were all honest mistakes, and while frustrating because of the time and reno cost lost, the Lowes staff and management at Fairfax were fully committed to making it right at every turn. Customer service and care seem like a dying art, but the fairfax Lowes team and its culture have it in spades. In this holiday season of thanksgiving, I'm thankful to the great people and sterling culture at fairfax Lowes for going above and beyond. Thank you, and well done.
