I also found a great chest that is perfect for my space. She was so patient with me and made sure I received the best price! I recently met with her again to pick out a carpet that works with my new furniture and 2 lamps that will pull the whole look together. She has great design vision which is something I needed. My delivery was also a great experience and so easy to schedule. Yonglis was on time and very personable to work with. He had the couch all set up in no time and made sure I looked it over and tried it out before he left. Jose also knew what he was doing and they both were efficient!

It looked nice, was a good size for my living room, and it was time to replace my old sofa. She told me she got it at La-z-Boy, and that it was a Kennedy sofa. I checked it out on line, went to look at it and sit on it in the Fairfax, VA, store. It was as good looking and comfy as my neighbors, and Ruby at the store was so very helpful. She told me everything I needed to know about the sofa, and went to find a large swatch of the material I had chosen from my online visits. The price in the store was more than the price I had seen it listed for previously. Ruby told me they go on sale at times, so I decided to wait. She was right. I waited for awhile, and got an ad from LaZBoy that it would be on sale at a very reasonable price, so I waited, and when the sale was in effect, I went back to the store and to Ruby. She was super helpful. I ordered the sofa, and now am playing the waiting game for it to be delivered. Ruby said it takes 6-8 weeks, and that she would give me updates. A very pleasant experience so far. Will try to update after delivery to report how long it took to get it, and how the delivery went in order to finalize this review. So far 5 stars…

Carolyn worked from the family room measurements and photos we brought, to create an online floor layout. Then, with Carolyn's and Demetrius' help, we tried several variations of recliners, loveseats, and tables from those on the store floor to narrow choices, and then make final decisions on each item and fabric. Placed our order the same day.
