We tried to explain to her that we had already been waiting 15 minutes, but she studiously ignored us and chose to prioritize the other customer. There are better and more attentive craft stores in the area. Please do everyone a favor and give them your business or order online from Hobby Lobby. I never seem to be able to visit this location without having issues or are horrendous way to check out.

The workers also seem rude and unmotivated, and the communication was subpar (I even asked 3 employees the same question about certain item category found in a section and they three all had different answers). Also, I don't know what kind of retail employee throws palette boxes in a fit. I get it, It's a morning shift but you're supposed to bring your best at your job. Terrible experience unfortunately.
