  Was having some issues with our tub and called. Sandy was an immense help over the phone. Probably saved a trip to the store or a repair trip to our house. Highly recommend.

  Beware - my hot tub was delivered damaged. It was not even ever set up. The drain cap was broken, so I could not fill with water. The freshwater system was not installed. Wood at the base was cracked. Worst part is the follow up. I’ve had to stay at home waiting for service 3 days. Someone finally came and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I had to help drain the water, lift the service panel… I ended up hurting my back…. And my hot tub STILL is not set up properly. I’ve left an email and called the office 3 times. Left voicemails and have heard from no one. Hopefully this review will get someone’s attention.

  We recently moved into a house with existing spa. Gabriella was super helpful, she walked me through the process of operating and maintaining the spa.

  Had a fantastic experience at Capitol Hot Tub. Gabby was incredibly helpful — she made sure we got everything we needed and gave us great advice on how to keep our hot tub clean. Excellent service all around. Five stars!
