My wife and I purchased our first home. We used Blinds to go to furnish our home. I have had the best experience with them. Recently I had an issue with my blinds and they resolved my issues timely and provided me with a new blind. The manager and all the workers are very nice and genuine to me as a customer. I appreciate the team!

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Walid at Store 316 Blinds To Go for his excellent service. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. we purchased blinds for our office, but unfortunately we had a problem — the chain kept coming out and the blind was not working properly. At first, it was frustrating because when I spoke with Ms. Jill, the issue was not resolved and the store did not seem to have my information when I called. However, Mr. Walid stepped in and took full responsibility for helping us. He followed up, kept us informed, and made sure the problem was solved. Today, the team came to our office and replaced the entire blind. I truly appreciate Mr. Walid’s time, dedication, and professionalism. Thanks to him, everything is now working perfectly and I am very satisfied. Because of this experience, I can confidently recommend Blinds To Go, especially when Mr. Walid is involved.

We purchased faux wood blinds for our new townhome from Blinds to Go Fairfax. The blinds were installed but we noticed that none of them actually closed tightly. However, they worked for us with the exception of the ones in the primary bedroom. They did not close tight enough whether you turned them in the upward position or downwards. There is a 5 story Condo Building directly behind us so the blinds did not do what they were intended to do~provide privacy. We contacted the store and we were referred to store manager. We were told she would contact us but almost 2 weeks went by and no contact. Finally, we tried again and finally spoke with her. She asked us to send photos which we did. Another week went by, we contacted her again and she said they need more photos from different angles. We sent them. Then she emails us and simply says to turn the blinds in the other direction. Seriously, like we have not already tried that. She just gave us the run around. They do not support their products after installation. There was no interest in taking care of us as a customer and offering a solution. We wrote it off as a loss and will replace with blinds from another company.

Horrible and expensive mistake! Paid $7500 for shades and electronic blinds. The electronic shade motor went out in the first year. Blinds to Go left me unable to raise the shade for 3 months. Ultimately, they replaced the electronic motor with a flimsy, cheap metal cord. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. Blinds to Go never responded and the AG’s office closed the case. And yes, Jill Wells is the worst manager ever. Makes promises and then never calls back when she doesn’t keep her word. Buyer beware!

Working with Jane Myers at Blinds To Go was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She completely transformed my home with her incredible design sense, professionalism, and attention to detail. From the first consultation, Jane understood exactly what I was looking for and offered great suggestions that made the final result even better than I imagined. Her eye for fabric selection, finishes, and proportion is outstanding. The tailored pleats, blackout liners, and polished nickel hardware all came together beautifully. What really stood out was Jane’s follow-through. She was fully involved from design through final measurements and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. Everything stayed organized and smooth thanks to her. My living room and bedrooms now look elegant and cohesive, with a high-end designer feel that perfectly matches the rest of the space. It’s rare to find someone who’s both talented and genuinely invested in your satisfaction, but Jane is exactly that. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for an expert who really cares about their work, Jane Myers is the one you want to work with.
