  I didn't even call around for other options, I wanted to go with a superb company to ensure the ducts were cleaned properly for my families health and I'm so glad I did. Fabulous experience and both of the men who came out were so friendly and professional to me, my kids and our dog! They also wear booties without needing to be requested! Highly recommend! Job well done!

  What an outstanding service by Eli and his teammate Enrique! Look no further! Let me start by saying that I’ve already learned to check with few companies before choosing one, since I’ve had a situation of being given such an overpriced estimate and for the service which, as I’ve later learned, would not even address the problem, that it made me way more cautious. So after I noticed black particles (mold) coming out of one of the vents, I did a research and contacted first found company. After a two week wait, their estimate was way higher than I expected, seemed overpriced, so i decided to check with couple more companies just to hear what their diagnosis and pricing were. And America Air Duct Cleaning stood out! Not only was it competitive but i was very impressed by Eli’s approach right from his first visit. He was very fast, concrete, straight to the point. But what I’ve also noticed right away was that he was not trying to ‘sell’ their services or create a sense of urgency- he was knowledgeable and honest- he shared what he thought the problem was, and that it was not that serious as I perceived it- which I appreciated as it was reassuring and saved me some stress), he checked all the parts, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and very respectfully said that if I decide I should call the company- no pressure, no offering ‘additional discounts’ if I decide to do the service same day- which tactic I’ve seen and don’t like. Just quick, serious, respectful approach. And service itself.. - just wow. Eli and his teammate Enrique didn’t even have to talk with each other- as each of them knew exactly what needs to be done- very thorough, very time efficient (when one vent was connected to the tube to clean the dirt) Eli and Enrique were working on another vent. There was no minute wasted. But what I also appreciated a lot was that when one vent was found to be slightly damaged Eli called me to show it to me, and offered going to the attic to secure it (which unfortunately could not be done because of lack of access to the attic)- but I could see that the work well done, and nothing else, was their goal. I am very satisfied with America Air Duct Cleaning -Eli and his teammate’s service and I if I ever need any work done with HVAC this will be the company and this will be technician (Eli) I will go to. But from what I read everyone else had similarly great experience with the company. So thank you very much for the great work and please know that this service was much appreciated!
