We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

- BRBrenda ResidovicOct 31, 20201.0I bought my dress at Nordstrom’s and I needed a small hem. It was recommended to try their alteration services at Nordstrom rack. Whoever did my dress RUINED it. The hem was NOT even. Longer in the front and shorter in the back. The lining was just colored up and sew on crooked. They CUT off my care tag. How dare you cut off my tags that show how to launder. Now I have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed! And now it’s much shorter than I had wanted it!
