They said the price listed on my receipt could not be accurate, it was too low, even though the furniture was bought during cyber Monday. Customer service via phone was useless in fixing problem. I Will never shop here again.

She’d roll her eyes when we would ask a question, and she’d go on her phone constantly. We had to ask her to wrap our glassware so it wouldn’t break, or else she’d just throw it in the bag. I love World Market, but it didn’t seem like there was one adult in charge giving any of these kids direction. I normally don’t write reviews, but I came home to see that she also rung up my items incorrectly in addition to this experience. I will not be returning to this location. Need less kids running around like it’s a playground, and more employees in charge with a sense of hospitality.

Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! She did finally find the transaction on the credit card I used. Appreciate the fact that she was determined to help me return this item. Very customer service oriented! Thank you very much Laura.
