We only needed our stairs and the larger upstairs area of our home cleaned. Over the weekend my son was sick and we tried our best to clean the vomit stains to no avail and they were able to give us a thorough cleaning. They even stopped and asked was it to my liking and to showed how much they could get up. It started with Erin, she was able to get me scheduled quickly. Customer service is always A1. I'd recommend them to anyone
