This was an awful experience. If I had not been paying close attention, I would not have noticed that the wrong range was delivered. In addition, the delivery team initially refused to install the dishwasher, stating that if it was not already unplugged, they could not proceed—something that was not communicated beforehand.
After the dishwasher was eventually installed, I discovered three dents in the unit. This reflects a serious lack of care and quality control.
Overall, Lowe’s did a poor job delivering the correct product and ensuring the appliance was in acceptable condition. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

I have been a Lowes shopper for years but today was the worst experience ever. I bought a Kobalt lawnmower 7/26/25, nearly end of season. Pulled it out 3/15/26 and tried to charge the battery and it kept cutting off. Contacted Lowes customer service,(hadn't been a year) and they said to bring the Kobalt lawnmower and battery back for refund/exchange. It has not been a yr and the Kobalt has failed, only used for 3 solid months, cutting every other week, probably a good 10 uses. When I took the Kobalt back I was told by Lowe's employee that I could get a refund or exchange, however, the Kobalt that I had bought was clearance out last year. They no longer have it. My Kobalt deck was 20in, now they have the exact mower but a 21in for 100.00 more smh. So I would now have to pay the additional 100 to exchange or or get a refund. I asked for the refund and was told by the Lowes employee that it had to be a store credit. At this point this is feeling like a robbery. Now Lowe's will not refund my money so I'm unable to shop somewhere else. I have to receive their store credit. SoI am not given an option to shop around for what they don't have, I'm being forced to buy a product from Lowes at a 100.00 upcharge when the only difference is now the deck is an inch bigger. I can't believe Lowe's would treat its customers this way! The customer service email clearly states refund, nothing about a store credit!! Its almost like this is a Kobalt/Lowe's scam to sell these no good Kobalt lawnmowers. Knowing they will fail to upsale them again to tou the next season. The crazy thing is it was the battery that failed but I had to return the lawnmower too. Why not offer a new battery/charger? Noone offered a replacement battery/charger or anything, it was give it all back and either get a Kobalt at 100.00 more or take this store credit and go find something else in our store. This is truly bad business. Lowe's has been around here since the 90's and it was my actual preferred store over Home Depot. This was truly a disheartening experience. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER KOBALT BATTERY POWERED LAWNMOWER FROM LOWES AGAIN!!

The store is neater and cleaner with more inventory. New management? It was a pleasure to quickly find what I needed for a home plumbing project.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
