    Today’s experience highlights a significant gap in customer service. Unlike competitors that allow customers to request assistance directly from their phone, assistance at this location was extremely difficult to obtain. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and repeated requests to nearby employees, no associate provided assistance in the lumber department. One employee stated they did not know and walked away. Two others asked me to “give them a moment” and said they would find someone, but no one ever arrived. After waiting more than 30–45 minutes, I was forced to purchase a full piece of lumber and cut it myself because no associate was available to assist with cutting services. This is not a sustainable or professional business practice. Customers placing large or time-sensitive orders rely on knowledgeable, responsive staff. Experiences like this discourage repeat business and may drive customers to competitors where assistance is more accessible and reliable. While staff were present at the front of the store, their focus appeared to be on conversation rather than assisting customers who had been waiting for help in the aisles. Improved accountability, staffing responsiveness, and follow-through are needed to meet basic customer service expectations.

    This is the second time I've done a pick up order. The first time I sat in my car 45 minutes waiting for my order. This time 50 minutes. Never again. And the associate on the phone when I called the last time said the guy who was doing curbside was busy. This is why I will continue to drive 20 more minutes to Home Depo.

    The Culpeper Lowes has got to be the worst Lowes in VA. You can never get help, and dont dare try to call customer service. I've tried seven times today to reach the store for a delivery. Rang each time around 50 times. You can hear someone picking up line and putting it back down. Will not use this store again. Will go to Home Depot.

    Maybe this will get someone’s attention. I have called 5 times to try and order my custom blinds that are not extremely expensive. I have a young baby and cannot come into the store. I am continually getting hung up on by associates because I’m guessing they do not want to work. This is terrible business. Unfortunately my blinds measurements were made by this store because they are closest to my house and I have no other option. So I will continue to call until someone can answer. Please stop wasting my time
