First, I would to thank the paint lady that helped me at the Culpeper, Va. location. But the reason I gave 2 stars was because it took 6 visits to get my paint. Every time I went to get 50% taken out of a color, no one knew how to do it. When I worked at Home Depot I could do everything or if I did know I asked to be trained. Where are those type of employees. Management needs to make sure there is someone or a few employees that have that type of knowledge in their store it a blessing for customers. Something to consider.

Cashier in Lawn & Garden was clearly having a bad day and was rather rude. I asked for assistance in getting 9 bags of garden soil. She told me to go around to the side of the building. No one was there, and she hadn't radioed anyone. Waited awhile, then went back in and got them myself. Not great for my bumper knee.

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
