I'm a new customer since October now when I went in the store the atmosphere was pleasant and everyone treated me very nice as a customer should be treated. Now I'm a loyal customer, payments have been on time and there has not been any problems with the exception of customer service interaction on the phone. Now I've had two(2) different unpleasant experiences with the same person, I'm assuming he's the manager. The 1st time he was very rude. Now today I was returning a phone call from a young lady from the store about my delivery. I told him I was returning a call, he asked my name then immediately put me on hold DIDN'T say hold please or anything. He then came back and informed me the call was in reference to my payment stated that it wasn't received, so then he asked do I have the item, I informed him that they haven't delivered it yet so he said disregard that, I then asked why was I being charged for something I didn't receive yet, he then informed me it was a system error. That's when I stated that the message I received wasn't about payment anyway it was about delivery. That's when the smart distained conversation started he told me that was impossible because he's alone in the store. I never said when I received the call, just stated that I was returning a call. Then he told I was wrong, and rude. I then told him don't play with my intelligence I knew and understood the message I received. All in all he needs to communicate with his people, he was DEAD wrong started off as well as actually calling me a liaras well as stating that I was being rude. I can hear very well and the message that was left on my phone clearly was about delivery not a payment. I honestly didn't even knowt hat there a payment issue, since my payment was paid on Friday. Oh yeah he asked when was my delivery scheduled I said today which I thought it was,but it's not it's for the 18th, and boy did he let me know he very aggressively as if he was correcting a child as well as being sarcastic and rude. He practically called me a liar then tell me I'm being rude to him. What place of business insults their customers not to mention that I'm sick putting up with someone being rude and obnoxious on the phone. Especially when he was wrong from the start of the phone call initially

I don’t even know where to begin with this location, to be honest. The reviews really do speak for themselves. This store has gone completely downhill over the past year, and it’s clear that the employees genuinely do not care about their customers. My family has been loyal to Aaron’s for years, but after this experience — never again. My daughter has been in and out of the hospital for the past 6–7 months, and we’ve been doing everything we can to keep up with payments. We were less than a month behind (around 20 days), and they refused to work with us or show any compassion. Instead, we were told to bring the furniture back. No empathy, no understanding — just cold, uncaring service. When a company can’t show basic humanity to a family going through a difficult time, that tells you everything you need to know.

Walked in the store and not even a greeting. Why would I spend my money somewhere where I’m treated invisible for whatever reason
