    If you buy a fridge, and you have any problem with it even with extended warranty, you are on your own! Very unresponsive customer service!!

    I have been a loyal Lowe's customer for decades. I spend thousands at Lowe's every year. They have been my source for everything from mulch, plants, gardening supplies... to tools, hardware, and appliances. I will never spend another penny at Lowe's, either in a store or online. On April 1st I ordered 160 bags of brown mulch online to be delivered. The original delivery date was for April 2nd, and the order was to be fulfilled by store #0447 in Christiansburg Va. The Christiansburg store is 10 minutes from my house. Later on April 1st, I received an email stating that my order would now be fulfilled by store #1984 in Princeton, West Virginia, which delayed the delivery until April 7th. The Princeton store is not only in another state, but over an hour away from my house. On April 4th, I received a text confirming the delivery on April 7th, so I took the day off from work to be able to meet the truck on the scheduled day. On the morning of the scheduled delivery, I received an email stating that the delivery was being delayed until April 16th. I took the day off from work on the 7th for no reason and missed out on a days pay. On April 13th I received a text confirming the delivery on April 16th, and once again took the day off from work to be able to meet the truck on the scheduled delivery date. The delivery never showed up, and I didn't receive a call, text,or email about the non-delivery or a delay. Once again, I missed a days pay for no reason. On April 17th, I called the 1-800 Lowe's corporate number. The lady I spoke with took my information, made a report, and forwarded the report to the Princeton store. Later that afternoon I received a phone call from the Princeton store, and they informed me that the order would once again be being handled by the store in Christiansburg Virginia, and that the order should be delivered on April 20th or 21st. I called the Christiansburg store on April 20th to check on the delivery status. I was told that my order had been put into the system as a pickup order and couldn't be changed. The only way that I now could have the mulch delivered would be to cancel the order and to reorder the mulch. I was also informed that it would probably take two weeks for the new order to be delivered. That is five weeks after my initial order placed on April 1st, I refused to reorder and only canceled it. I missed out on two days pay for no reason, and don't have mulch that I needed weeks ago. I have never seen a company be so unprofessional and care less about loyalty, paying customers.     You can tell this store is run by a good manager like Brian Tickle. It all comes from the top. I don’t know where he found Tina, she has the best attitude and brings positivity and smile to your face. Made my day!

    Why do you even have a phone a stupid recording comes on about how al can help you and you left on hold for 40 minutes still no answer to my question call back same response waited another 20 minutes this is poor service can't get no one to answer your question want even let you speak to a manager I hate dou g business with your company

    I put in a curbside order for one product. I checked in and was parked in slot one. I got an email saying thanks for picking up. The problem is nobody ever came out and brought me my item. So I waited a few minutes and still nobody came. I called the number on the sign and went through the prompts and the AI said it would connect me to the curbside delivery department. It rang 13-15 times and nobody answered. I proceeded to go in the store and went to the pick up station, by the way I passed 3 or 4 people standing around and a couple of them were on their phones. The one lady that was actually doinging something told me I needed to check in. I told her that I got an email saying my product was delivered, but I never got anything. She told me I needed to talk to him and pointed at the guy on his phone. He asked what I was looking for and I told him and he said " oh yea, it's right here" and handed it to me. If you don't want to do curbside deliveries then don't offer it.
