- EEElizabeth EdwardsFeb 18, 20264.0i was looking for floral wire, no luck? is that not something that HL has? i would have thought so?? i think i might have 1 more VA location of HL to visit ...but i believe it is super close to Washington DC, not a fan of that traffic. any who ...this location ... as always their restrooms are tough to find and never where you think they might be ... a hunt and peck to find them. super busy i was there on Presidents Day, i guess that is a time to shop HL? i mean it reminded me of going during the Christmas season. they had 2 of the basket style i love and it was a size i don't own. love them. not on sale but glad i got them. the parking lot was not clear still snow. some lady i am not sure if it was an HL employee or whatnot, i was not close overheard the conversation speaking of the parking lot not being clear ... so guess it has been a while uncleared? not from the area but i understand that this snow (ice) fall was extremely difficult to get rid of ... not like any we have had in years. i was born May 78, moved to Shenandoah Valley in August 1978 and been in this area ever since ... so snow fall stick in your mind. be safe, have ice shoes with you, not sure you can say carry a shovel or not? because this snowfall was not friendly to a shovel you needed some kind of a pick? i used a broom handle that had broken. God bless. clean restrooms, good amount of stock here at this location. i only wish they had more of those scripture books, you tear out a page and give them away ...love those but not seen another in a long while shopping at HL?

Got a few nicknacks and a corner stand for my novelties. Most things were on sale that day. Probably saved $45 overall. Check it out, it's a fascinating store.
