    Picked up mulch today during the big sale along with many others. Cars were getting backed up. Enter Iesha. A petite, strong, friendly Lowes associate. She wasted no time picking up those bags of mulch and loading up our truck. She smiled and made quick work of those bags. Extremely impressed with her muscle but mostly with her get this done attitude. Lowe’s you better appreciate her. I know I do.

    Absolute garbage! Garden center has no clue whats going on! Paid order and I still waited 2 days for them to figure it out. Lost customers due to the miscommunication and direction! HOME DEPOT if you actually want help! Pathetic services and not just in Garden either. Very non professional and clueless!

    I purchased two ceiling fans online on March 19th. I paid through PayPal. Then Lowe’s put the same amount again only this time split into three payments. After talking to Lowe’s, PayPal and credit card they are putting fraudulent amounts through. Never buy from them again!!

    Went to this store yesterday at about 6 pm to return an unopened item that I did not have the receipt for and purchased with a debit card that I no longer had. Being a long time customer and credit card holder, I thought maybe they would atleast offer a store credit but they explained that they do not do this, which is fine. Problem is the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining this in a nice manner, she cut me off as I was explaining and said " if you aint got no receipt, you aint getting no refund" while chuckling under her breath, rolling her eyes, and blinking her fake eyelashes. I was not only amazed by how rude she was but wondered how in the world this woman got a position as a manager there in the first place. I thought Lowes must be very desperate if they are hiring management that treats customers this way and talk like they just got out of the penitentiary. I also thought if management talks to customers this way I can only imagine how they treat the employees. Looking at the reviews, this may explain why many of the workers seem so miserable and bothered by customers at this location, likely reflecting the toxic atmosphere that they are working in. In any event, a word of advice, please reevaluate the people you have hired and placed in leadership positions if you truly take customer service seriously and care if your customers return or if your employees stay. This woman was extremely rude and insulting and her being a manager made it that much worse. Nobody, employees or customers, should have to tolerate a person like this nor be treated this way.
