    Went to exchange a refrigerator and we had a manager from the Pro Department, Nancy Rodriguez, help us out tremendously. She was very courteous, knowledgeable & easy going. I want to give Nancy Rodriguez a lot of kudos. Thank you.

    DO NOT buy appliances from Lowe’s.I bought an oven from Lowe’s, and during the installation they broke my microwave trim. When I tried to resolve the issue, both Lowe’s and the installation company,( Mega Plumbing), refused to take responsibility and said it was not their fault. I am very disappointed.

    Literally....lowes corporate feedback invest in the automated propane tank system for ease of customer use like HD. 25 minute wait for a key holder for propane exchange. Labor is tough but either train more ley holders or automate. Just nkt an exciting or easy process.

    Item was on the website AND in store yet refused to sell me an on shelf item and couldn’t provide any reasonable explanation as to why. This location is on a backslide. UPDATE!! The orange store has the same sku on shelf AND they’ll let you buy it, crazy. Happy holidays from a concerned contractor. The following day I bought 4 of the same item from the Short Pump location. Angelo sucks 👍
