I have been calling the store relentlessly, but I am always put on hold for an extended period of time. I know employees are super busy, but no one checks on you or at least let you know that they will get back with you. This is totally unexceptable.

This Lowe’s has the worst customer service! They place you on hold for HOURS!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars on large projects!!!! They use third party vendors to deliver who damage the products and who FAIL to deliver when they say they are going to deliver! Lowe’s send you to the vendor then the vendor sends you back to Lowe’s! Nothing ever gets resolved! Projects on hold AND you the customer is left paying for THIER inoperable systems and mistakes!!!! They just don’t care!!!

Online, same day delivery orders are always 2+ days. They don't let you cancel them either. Also, no one answers the phone and they force you to talk to an automated voice.
Worst service I've ever experienced from a retail store. Horrendous experience.

We ordered for pick up but they were running behind so I asked to just collect my own order instead of waiting. Sheree in the garden center was an amazing help when trying to locate the items. They were definitely busy with all managers collecting orders for customers, but I’m thankful Sheree was willing to stop and assist me.
