- RBR BrooksApr 22, 20233.0This place is expensive for nothing. At $150/mo they've gotta be raking in 50 grand a month and they can't even fix a pothole? You practically need a 4WD to navigate it. And it's just bare bones storage. I'm sure they're charging even more for the climate controlled units. I've never been so glad to get out of a place that just sux money out of you. Its a dump . And they have the nerve to go up on the rent??? For what?? You can find a much better facility nearby for the same money. They're just gouging .
