    Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability at this location. I attempted to purchase fifteen 12-foot boards and was told they could not be cut because the 'only' person who does the cutting had left. This is despite the fact that the same associate assisted me with cutting just 24 hours ago. It is evident he simply did not want to handle a larger order. This laziness cost the store a sale and cost me a significant amount of wasted time since I had to take the boards back to the register area to do a return. I ended going to Home Depot next door, get the purchase and cutting done without a problem.

    Won’t ever buy another product from them again. Worst experience ever buying appliances. You have to go through hoops to try and get a refund on your own money. Once they sell you and take your money, they could care less about you as a customer! Had to go to their store 3 times because no one answered my calls. The manager lied to me about helping me with my refund as well. Plus the fact that they send you tons of emails!! Lowes you need do better for your customers!! Never again!!!

    Do not order products for delivery, ordered 8 16ft boards for delivery. Product was delivered to wrong address on 6 April. The store has finally stated that products will be delivered sometime on 8-9 April, also 1 of the associate got aggressive because he didn't like my attitude or frustration on paying for something and wanted more information

    I gave it two stars because of the white young lady with blonde hair and black glasses that was in the exit door on April the 6th at about 7 o’clock. She needs to be more polite with customers especially the other races because I saw her talking to a white men more nicely . She needs to know that I spent 100$ dollars over there just for pot and seeds. She’s very rude , she should not be in the reception/exit door. I went the same evening to Home Depot and it was totally different, nice and helpful staff .

    The Lowe’s Ai is absolutely garbage, can’t call and speak with anyone and it’s more annoying and frustrating trying to get through. My original complaint prior to wanting to speak with a manager which you can’t is to complain about their horrible customer service. Went in to buy a tool box which they don’t have on display which was fine but when I asked if they were instock I was told yes. So I went up front to purchase and I asked about the price. Price was different from online. They said yea we don’t price match…I said well there is a big hanging sign up front that says otherwise. No worries I’ll order it online and get it now. Well then the website doesn’t work and I couldn’t place my order. Alyssa in customer service essentially was like well I don’t know what to tell you. Clearly I was an Inconvenience to her because she was very rude and short. So she makes me wait for whatever reason to the extent of time I just walked out. Where did customer service go? You walk in to spend money and the employees are like no way don’t spend your money here please go somewhere else. Online purchasing has become so much better because of having to deal with people like that, employees don’t care. I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere thanks
