- HFHolly ForesterMar 28, 20261.0Making and purchasing the key was easy. However, when I got home to try the 2 keys, one would only turn the bolt with difficulty, like it didn't quite engage with the lock. The second one, I could insert the key, but could not get it to remove. I even squirted it with WD 40. I even took a video of it. Finally, after about 10 minutes, I was able to get the key out of the lock. Since the keys were basically useless, I threw them away. I considered posting a sign on my local Key Me machine to warn others, but have not done so yet. I requested a refund and received a partial refund. Not happy; will never use again (I am an exceedingly polite person, so I didn't say what I was actually thinking.)
