  Hired them to install sprinkler system in our front yard. They did a decent job. When our budget allowed an extension to our backyard, I called to get a quote. They were initially responsive. I took time off work to be at my house to meet them. Rep came out. Nice enough. I guess he looked at the property. Left the system box in garage wide open with wires sticking out. Gate barely closed. Never heard back from them. I get the job might not be profitable enough to be worth it but at least tell me upfront and have the decency to leave the place how you found it. Disappointing, especially after a decent first experience.

  Blair came out this morning (early within his allocated timeframe) and winterized my system. Told me exactly what he would be doing and the time frame it would take. Great service! Thank you, Blair!

  This morning, I saw Blair in my neighborhood working on other customer's systems. My appointment to winterize was scheduled for almost two weeks from today. Our temperature is dropping below freezing tonight and I asked Blair if he thought my system would be okay for one quick cold snap. He gave me great advice. Much to my surprise, the office called me later in the day and said Blair could squeeze me in TODAY because his other jobs went quicker than expected! As usual, he did my winterization without any issues and thanked me for our business. I HIGHLY recommend Blair and Heads Up for your next install or repair! Thank you!

  I've had two systems installed over the past 16 years at two different houses , both systems still work just like day one .. Excellent install and great customer service ...
