Most of the reviews you see on here are of customers rating their experience setting up the storage unit which is very easy. I know because I was one of them. I have been renting a unit for 1 year and within 4 months they increased my monthly rate by $45. I emailed to complain and they took $8 off HA. Just now I received a bill that is showing a $65 dollar increase. Let me walk you through it. Started at $66/month. Increase to $113/month. Now they just increased it to $178/month!!!!!!. Almost tripling what I started with in the span of a year. 🗣️ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
