I am very thankful for Evan from Operations and Wayne at Appliances. I purchased a whirlpool fridge in July and in November it stopped working. After countless attempts to resolve issue with Whirlpool and waiting a month later without a fridge I had no other choice but to talk to lowes in person. Evan heard me out and allowed me to show him the emails with whirlpool. He knew I would be waiting for whirlpool until after Christmas without a fridge. He submitted for a replacement which will arrive this Saturday and I thanked him for saving my Christmas, Thank You.
