  I recently purchased a recliner from the Chesapeake La-Z-Boy store. This was my 3rd recliner purchased from this store in the past 10 years. My sales rep, Caitlin, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She understood what type of recliner I was looking for and helped me select one that fit my needs. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy recliners and if you are shopping at the Chesapeake store, ask for Caitlin.

  Bethany was wonderful. She greeted us, offered support, let us look, then allowed us to ask her many questions, from price points, fabrics and design elements. She was so patient and advocated for us on a sale from another store. She thoroughly explained everything including the warranties and even followed up with us after our purchase. We purchased 2 chairs and a couch. Her customer service skills were the best I have experienced in a while. It was a very refreshing process, and she made it look effortless. Thank you Bethany! You are the best! We will definitely be going back to her for future purchases.

  This was my first time shopping at Lazy Boy. I wanted a recliner that didn’t look like your typical bulky recliner. I was helped right away by a rep who was very knowledgeable. She listened to my wants, showed me multiple options and was very patient. I ended up making two purchases and can’t wait for my furniture to arrive. Great experience!

  When shopping at La-Z-Boy we had the pleasure of having Jared as our salesman. He understood what we were looking for and showed us many styles, which we loved. Jared suggested we have Annahlese, there in store decorator to come to our house so she could get a idea of our space and what we wanted . She came. Measured and she couldthen see the space and see exactly where we wanted placement. We went back to the store yesterday and Annahlese had a computer with the layout of the room with the furniture we had selected. It was so helpful to see how the furniture would look, and how it fit in our living room. We purchased it all and I cannot wait for delivery. Thank you Annahlese and Jared for your help Ed and Nancy Greskowiak

  In my search for a chair that would support my wife after her back was broken, I called La-Z-Boy. The phone was answered by Katlyn, who gathered my information, gave me an education on chairs, and offered me some options to consider. I set an appointment with her for Friday. At that visit Katlyn continued to listen, and after much looking and sitting I made my choice and a purchase. The whole experience could not have been better. I look forward to a delivery on Wednesday. Thanks for all the help.
